NOVAC 1000 Carbon Vessel

The NOVAC 1000 is a one of a kind carbon vessel. This unit holds 1,000# of GAC and is good for airflows up to 1000 CFM. What makes it unique is that it does not require spent carbon removal service such as a cyclone or vacuum truck to remove spent carbon. When your carbon is spent, simply lift the NOVAC 1000 with a forklift, attach a fresh carbon sack to the bag hooks under the unit, and then open the bottom lever valve to allow the carbon to flow out. You can remove spent carbon and add fresh carbon back into unit within 15 minutes. Each NOVAC 1000 has dual temperature gauges with deep wells that give immediate core temperature readouts. Each unit also has an emergency liquid purge system.

NOVAC 2000 Carbon Vessel

The NOVAC 2000 is a one of a kind carbon vessel holding 2000# of GAC, good for airflows up to 1500 CFM. Same self dumping design as the NOVAC 1000 — no vacuum service required. Simply lift with a forklift, attach a fresh carbon sack to the bag hooks, and open the bottom lever valve. Remove spent carbon and reload in 15 minutes. Dual temperature gauges with deep wells and emergency liquid purge system standard.

R4K Radial Carbon Bed

The R4K Radial carbon bed handles up to 10,000 CFM with low pressure drop. Holds 4,000 lbs of activated carbon. The radial design allows for very high airflow with minimal restriction — ideal for high volume applications like Air Mover exhaust, tank venting, and hydroexcavation vapor control. Temperature gauges and nitrogen purge system standard.

NOVAC 750 Carbon Vessel

The NOVAC 750 is a continuation of our popular NOVAC series carbon adsorbers. Designed for applications within the 20-550 CFM flow range. Includes temperature gauge and water/nitrogen purge system which greatly increases the safety of the unit and limits chance of thermal event or bed fire. Unit holds approximately 750 pounds of activated carbon media. The NOVAC style units are unique in that they do not require vacuum service to unload spent media.
